TIME FOR SPACE is a Brooklyn-based firm founded by Jacob Wesson with eyes towards all things music. From singular design work to savvy production to hands-on management, TIME FOR SPACE aims to be a dominant force in the live entertainment space.

Jacob Wesson is a New York-based lighting designer whose work spans concert, theatre, dance, and live events, with a focus on forging designs unique to the artist and unforgettable to the audience. Jacob’s design work has been seen in the smallest clubs in Denver to the largest arenas in Asia. As a touring LD, Jacob has been on the road with musicians such as LANY, Khraungbin Aly & AJ, Emily King, Darren Criss, and Luke James. As an associate at E26 Design, led by Marc Janowitz, Jacob has worked on various tours (My Morning Jacket, Trey Anastasio Band) and live shows (Patriot Act w/ Hasan Minhaj, Jo Koy: Comin’ In Hot). Jacob is a member of The Bellwether Project, a theatre company whose mission is to create a culture of understanding and empathy through personal, intersectional storytelling. He holds a BFA in Drama from Carnegie Mellon University with a focus in Lighting Design.
